AmRock Financial founder and CEO Frank Tomasino is regarded as an expert in B2B commerce, supply chain finance, trade finance, asset-based lending, factoring and purchase order finance. In 2007, Mr. Tomasino founded AmRock Financial in order to help small and mid-size businesses obtain the capital they need to succeed. To date AmRock Financial has provided more than $1 billion dollars in funding to over 300 international and domestic businesses. Mr. Tomasino has been invited to speak on several panels around the United States and Europe on the subject. From 1987 to 1998 Mr. Tomasino was an importer and wholesale distributor of spices, dehydrated herbs and fresh produce and understands first-hand, the challenge a business owner has in obtaining the right capital. Mr. Tomasino has also appeared on the cover of America Economia, a Dow Jones-owned Latin American magazine, and has been quoted in several industry journals, including Grocery Headquarters, Prepared Foods, VoyageMia and The Packer.

Chalva serves as a marketing strategy advisor to Amrock Financial. He has held senior marketing leadership roles at global technology consulting firms Cognizant Technology Solutions, Accenture in addition to companies such as Time Warner Cable Business Services (prior to Charter acquisition). He has also helped scale private equity backed B2B SaaS businesses that were going through a hyper-growth phase. He started his career at Young & Rubicam, where he worked in their London, New York and Miami offices focused on B2B and consumer technology. He also sits on the advisory board of mixed reality company HyperTunnel. He has extensive experience helping companies develop their market strategy, driving brand awareness and ensuring they are maximizing their competitive advantage transforming their organization into a digital business. Using data-driven customer insights and AI, he is an expert in marketing technology that improves customer acquisition, optimizes retention and drives double digit revenue growth. Chalva has a BA in Political Science from Villanova. He is also a certified NAUI Search, Rescue and Recovery diver.

Roger has 25 years of experience doing business in Canada, the US and Latin America with different banking, financial institutions, and multinational companies. He has also worked as corporate legal counsel, insurance broker, investment and commercial banker and development director of hotels, retail, and multi-residential projects. Deals sizes ranged from $5 to $80 Million. Roger has been a member of the Board of Directors in several banks, factoring companies, guarantee programs, hotel companies and foundations. He is a licensed Mortgage Agent by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario and a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada. Roger graduated from Stonier Graduate School of Banking of the American Bankers Association at Wharton in the University of Pennsylvania, earned a Diploma of International Trade Legal Issues from Georgetown University, graduated from the MBA Program at INCAE Business School at Costa Rica and obtained a BA in Law from Universidad Dr. Jose Matias Delgado of El Salvador. Roger speaks fluently English, Spanish, and French and some Italian and Portuguese. Roger enjoys playing golf, tennis, squash, soccer, scuba diving and reading about world history, cultures, and arts.

George is a native Miamian and a licensed insurance agent in Florida, Texas, and California. Prior to joining Amrock, he served on active duty in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician and continues to serve in the Navy Reserve where he has been deployed to Afghanistan as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. He has a BS in Education from Florida International University and was also an educator in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools system.

Ryan represents AmRock Financial throughout the Southeastern United States and Midwest by collaborating with clients and potential clients to resolve funding challenges by leveraging AmRock’s established relationships with banks, hedge funds, private equity groups, and other sources to achieve unique results. Prior to joining AmRock Financial, he was employed in by both a foreign-owned tier 1 automotive supplier to OEM and by an industry-leading automotive and recreational OEM. He also continues to feed his passion to empower others by involvement in a non-profit ministry. A devoted life-long learner, he recently completed an MBA and has a B.A. in History with additional studies in International Commerce, Political Science, and the Social Sciences. Other passions include bird hunting, gardening, reading, and watching Forex and Commodities while following global logistics.
